1. All Website users (including Feeel Goood Living Service users) are allowed to use the data on the Website but strictly
for personal use.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website is our proprietary property. The content of the website (including, but not
limited to: source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and
graphics) is provided on the site as is- for your information. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part
of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded,
translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our
prior written consent.

2. Users are strictly prohibited to use this Website in order to make fake Exchanges or any other action that Županić
Consulting (further: ŽC) did not give a specified permit, or which might harm or negatively affect ŽC’s business or
identity. Members are allowed to use the Website for browsing the listed properties that they would like to stay in
during Exchange, to make a payment of the Exchange fees and to create or adjust their property profiles.

3. Users of the FGL Service guarantee that pictures, videos and texts that are shared with ŽC:
a) are not someone else’s intellectual property,
b) that you have a permission to use them on this Website (in case that you are not the author).

4. You as an User guarantee that Županić Consulting d.o.o. has full permission to use or publish on the Website (and
other sites/partners that we collaborate with) any material (pictures, videos, etc.) that you share with us (by email or
any other means). You accept entirely the financial liability that may (for any reason) be put on ŽC for publishing these
materials.
