1. You own at least one luxury property (min. 500 eur\/night in high season) and you have agreed to make one (of them) available 7 days in a year* for other platform members to visit.<\/p>

2. Signing the T&C agreement with our company.<\/p>

3. We will present your property to other users, and you will also have access to the profiles of all properties on the platform.<\/p>

4. When you choose a property where you would like to spend your next vacation, contact us – we will check when it is available (if not already indicated) and we will connect you with the owner of that property when everything is approved (in written form).<\/p>

5. Feel free to organize your trip!<\/p>

6. Feel free to call us for all admin\/technical details and any inquiries.<\/p>

7. You will be both- a Guest (in another member’s property) and a Host (you will host another member in your property) at some point. Also, he would love to visit Dubai and stay in the trusted accommodation \u2018coz he feels he\u2019ll be more comfortable there (of course, he likes the privacy that he will have there too). \u2026 As well as that he would feel 100% more special because of personalized approach.<\/p>

So, you were able to connect through our website and decide to make a compensation: your stay in their accommodation for their stay in yours. Although it can be at the same time that you visit their property (when they would like to visit yours), it is not a rule- the exchange can be non-simultaneous.<\/p>

He would like to stay with his family for 10 days and four more days for business meetings (altogether 2 weeks). You might choose to stay only 5 days at his property. Both of you will save 90% of the market price rent cost \u2013 there is only 10% of exchange fee for every exchange Party in the role of the Guest. Also, you as a FGL Host get the Krowns on your virtual FGL account. The more days you offer your property for exchange, the more Krowns you will be able to accumulate through hosting which will be used for your future exchanges!<\/p>

For that, we have Krowns which are FGL\u2019s currency (1 Krown is equal to 1 EUR).<\/p>

We allocate those to every host (so that they can use it for other compensations\/exchanges) once they allocate the available dates, host the other member or refer FGL to another owner who becomes FGL Member.<\/p>

For instance, you would like to stay in a Member\u2019s villa in Dubai (6 nights\/7 days) whose market value for the rent is 15000 EUR per week. You will only pay 1500 EUR for the exchange (and you save 13500 EUR since you are compensating it with 13500 Krowns that you got from hosting at your luxury property!).<\/p>

Every host gets Krowns which is equivalent to market value for the rent: in this case, the owner of the villa in Dubai will get 15000 Krowns on their FGL account that they are able to utilize for a visit to another property.<\/p>

Why is it important to have as many Krowns in a virtual account as possible?<\/b> For example: the market value of your property rent is 3000 Krowns (EUR) for 6 nights stay, and some other\u2019s property amounts to 35,000 Krown (EUR) for 6 nights. In order to be able to visit a higher value property, you ought to have more Krowns in your virtual account.<\/p>

Sometimes the possibility of gaining the Krowns and visiting properties of greater value is not possible only by offering the dates\/hosting to other members of the platform once a year for 6 nights.<\/p>

Hence new members have an opportunity to purchase 10000 Krowns for 2000 EUR only, 25000 Krowns for 5000 EUR or 70000 Krowns for 10000 EUR. This option is open for the first three (3) months from the date of joining and at the beginning of every following year of membership (for the first 3 months). By this advantage, Guests will raise their threshold for staying in the top luxury properties. Kindly be reminded that the 10% exchange fee still applies with every exchange (when FGL Members and in the role of the FGL Guests).<\/p>

Therefore, KROWNs can be obtained by recommending FGL to a new user (at the moment when new owner becomes new member of FGL, the referrer receives the same number of KROWNs as is the rent amount of the recommended property for 6 nights in euros), by purchasing the KROWNs, and by hosting other users, i.e. by making property available for visiting other users of the platform for as many days as possible.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

There are specific prerequisites that one becomes a member. The owner of the luxurious property (house\/villa, private island or a boat) is willing to exchange their property for a minimum of 6 nights (cluster) over a period of one year during medium- high or high season of the property location.<\/p>

The following conditions ought to be filled apropos the Property:
– market value of the property rent -which is subject to exchange- is estimated to >500\u20ac per day, and\/or
– property is distinctive by the architecture, the view, environment\/venue\/region, special services that are available,
etc.<\/p>

At this moment there is no member fee, annual or month fee. There is only a 10% fee per exchange which is equal to 10% of the market rent value of the property. Alternatively, we will contact the owners for particular dates that you request. Six nights i.e. seven days is the minimum that we are able to offer.\u00a0 Namely it is not worth for the hosts to prepare their properties and for many Guests that are coming from a far to stay less than 6 nights at the exchanged property.
